Law School admissions scandal at TSU

By now most people have heard about the very sad and disappointing news of our law school's admissions scandal.  Details remain scarce but it appears this scandal involved a "pay to play"admissions scandal whereby someone at the law school admitted students who may not have been qualified for admissions but bribed their way into the law school.  Details are still forthcoming but this scandal doesn't look good for all of us, especially King Lane and his royal coterie.

Interestingly, the Board of Regents had a special meeting on Monday, November 18 but without the presence of King Lane or the Provost.  Neither was invited or asked to attend which is even more interesting.  Why would the President or Provost not attend a Board of Regents meeting?
